1. Purpose

This privacy policy (also referred to as the “privacy policy” or policy) provides information on the collection, use, and sharing as of personal information by CloudVerse Pte.Ltd and its subsidiaries/affiliates (“CloudVerse”, “we” or “us”) in connection with your use of our services, websites, mobile applications that link to this privacy policy. This privacy policy also explains the privacy rights you have in relation to these processing activities.

  • Login/logout timestamp and session duration
  • Features used by the user in a login session (pages, help contents, self-help contents, etc.)
  • Number of cloud accounts added by type (AWS, GCP, Azure, etc.)
  • Number of cloud assets/resources discovered

We DO NOT intend to capture any user specific private/demographic data: address, phone number, social media account information, or payment card number.

5. Scope of application

This privacy policy applies for the following person:

  • Visitors and users of our various sites, including our websites accessible through https://www.cloudverse.ai/, whether on a computer or through our service or mobile software applications that are link to this privacy policy.
  • Attendees of our any events;
  • Customers and prospective customers and their representatives;
  • Visitors to CloudVerse facilities; and

We may collect data, including personal information, about you as you use our websites and service and interact with us. We also acquire Personal Information from trusted third-party sources and engage third parties to collect personal information on our behalf.

We may use your personal information to personalize your experience with our platform.

We may authorize third party for improving and analyzing our products, websites, systems and tools.

As you know, CloudVerse is a global entity, we have subsidiaries and affiliates in over the world. Therefore, your personal information may be shared globally to our subsidiaries and affiliates. In each country we share the information, we shall comply with the applicable laws of data privacy to share and protect your information legally.

(b) Sharing with third parties:

For purpose of develop business and interaction of users, your personal information may be share with the following third parties:

  • Our third-party service provider, business partners, service vendors, contractors and sub-contractors;
  • Relevant third parties in the event of a reorganization, merger, sale, joint venture, assignment, transfer or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock (including in connection with any bankruptcy or similar proceedings);
  • Competent authority or any third party in accordance with applicable law, regulations or legal process.

9. Protect your personal information

CloudVerse shall take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect the personal information entrusted to us and treat it securely in accordance with this privacy policy.

We have implemented encrustation, appropriate technical, physical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as all other forms of unlawful processing.

We also contractually require that our vendors protect such information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.

10. Sensitive information and children’s privacy

(a) Sensitive information

We do not ask you to send us or share any sensitive personal information such as your ID, your passport, information related to political opinions, religion, sex, health, genetic or criminal background.

(b) Children’s privacy

We encourage parents and guardians to take an active role in their children’s online activities. CloudVerse does not knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate parental or guardian consent. If you believe that we have mistakenly or unintentionally collected personal information of a minor through our sites without appropriate consent, please notify us through our inquiry form so that we may immediately delete the information from our servers and make any other necessary corrections.

11. Data protection officer

We appointed the data protection officer (“DPO”) (whom information below) to develop and implement this policy and practices that are necessary to meet our obligation under the applicable law.

Our DPO shall receive your complaints and help us to resolve all matters related. Therefore, if you believe your personal information is collected and/or used not according to the policy or applicable law, don’t hesitate to contact or send request to DPO.

12. Retention of personal information

We will retain your personal information as needed to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. We will retain and use your personal information as necessary to comply with our business requirements, legal obligations, litigation, protect our assets, and enforce our rights and agreements.

We will not retain personal information in identifiable form when the purpose(s) for which the personal information was collected have been achieved and there is no legal or business need to retain such personal information. When personal information is no longer needed, we have processes in place to securely delete it, for example by erasing electronic files and shredding physical records.

13. Transfer of personal information

As a global organization, your personal information may be transferred to our subsidiary/affiliates worldwide, or to third parties and business partners which are described in Section 7. Similarly, personal information may be accessed from countries where our subsidiaries have operations. By using our websites and service or providing any personal information to us, where applicable law permits, you acknowledge and accept the transfer, processing, and storage of such information outside of your country of residence where data protection standards may be different.

In any transfer cases, we will take fulfill the requirements to comply with your country‘s law and the law of the country which receives your information.

14. Governing law and dispute settlement

This policy is applied and explained in accordance with the laws of Singapore on all issues and aspects related although the product may be used in different countries, territories. You and CloudVerse agree that, in the event of any disputes or conflicts that cannot resolve themselves by negotiation, conciliation, the case and the dispute will be resolved arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC”) in accordance with the arbitration rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (“SIAC Rules”) for the time being in force.

The number of arbitrators shall be three. Each party to the arbitration shall appoint one arbitrator, and the two arbitrators appointed by the parties shall within 30 days of the appointment of the second arbitrator agree upon a third arbitrator who shall act as the presiding arbitrator. If the third arbitrator has not been agreed within this time period, the third arbitrator shall be appointed by the Chairman of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre. The language of arbitration shall be English. Process may be served in connection with any such proceedings by registered mail to the respective addresses of the parties at the top of this Agreement.

15. Severability

If any part of this policy is unenforceable, the remaining portions of this Policy will remain in full force and effect.
